INS Farms (INS), a grower, processor and supplier of black elderberry (Sambucus nigra) in North America, has launched Elder Pure Elderberry Prebiotic Juice Powder.
The compound combines Elder Pure elderberry juice powder with Sunfiber partially hydrolyzed guar gum (PHGG) from Taiyo International. Elder Pure is standardized to contain polyphenols and anthocyanins, and has been both polyphenol fingerprinted and DNA tested under Tru ID certification program for authenticity. Sunfiber is a water-soluble prebiotic. Available in Conventional or Organic, “this is the first-ever elderberry juice prebiotic powder which is 100% water soluble,” said Devon Bennett, CEO of INS.
Elderberry Organic Prebiotic Juice Powder is created to provide brand manufacturers of dietary supplements and functional beverages with an immune-boosting product that also facilitates digestion, as digestion is frequently upset during times of stress-impaired immunity, according to Bennett.
“Sunfiber was selected because it is low FODMAP-certified, Non-GMO verified and has over 180 published studies. It is invisible, odorless and flavorless, so it is perfectly compatible to our Elder Pure juice.
