Nestlé Health Science announced today that it has agreed to acquire the business of IM HealthScience, a nutritional company founded in 2013 by a team of pharmaceutical research and development and management executives, specializing in medical foods nad dietary supplements.
IM Health Science’s products include: IBgard, a capsule-based formula for the daily dietary management of IBS; FDgard, a medical food formulated for the management of functional dyspepsia; Fiber Choice, a line of prebiotic fiber gummies which IMH added to its line through acquisition; and its latest product, REMfresh, a melatonin supplement with a patented delivery system which provides 7 hours of continuous release and absorption.
