Synergy Flavors’ Booth S2402 will offer demonstrations and tastings of foods and beverages incorporating its clean label, natural and functional products and evoking the sights, sounds and tastes of Chicago’s most notable gardens, including the Chicago Botanic Garden, The Morton Arboretum and the Monarch Community Garden. Through creatively themed stations offering a sensory tour through these gardens, Synergy will demonstrate its diverse library of flavors, extracts and essences that are tailored to meet a range of sweet, savory and dairy applications, including:
“At IFT18, Synergy Flavors will capture the sights, sounds and flavors of Chicago’s most iconic gardens, with foods and beverages that offer local, authentic, and clean flavors, as well as functional benefits,” said Parveen Werner, director of marketing at Synergy Flavors. “Our flavorists and applications technologists have worked to capture the tastes of the city, focusing on a ‘farm to fork’ approach that puts people in touch with nature as part of their dining experiences.
