The PURIS tacos are built with PURIS Pea Flour and PURIS TPP. Offering 20g of protein, PURIS TPP Tacos pair perfectly with chips, lettuce, tomatoes, and vegan cheese. PURIS will serve tacos from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. each day of the show. Be sure to stop by and give them a try.
“We are working with our growers on the farm level, which provides the food makers we work with transparency throughout the entire supply chain; something unique to the industry,” said Lorenzen. “With over 400 U.S. farmers across 200,000 acres, PURIS ingredients are able to make a global impact. In early 2019, PURIS took a bigger step to provide U.S. farmers with the tools to transition to regenerative and organic farming by partnering with MidWestern BioAg. PURIS will attend the Washington D.C. Organic Trade (OTA) Hill Days Conference to meet with lobbyists, lawmakers and food makers about the benefits of organic agriculture.
