FrieslandCampina Ingredients, an ingredient supplier specializing in proteins and prebiotics, announced the launch of Biotis Fermentis, a combination of whey protein, prebiotic galacto-oligosaccharides, and probiotic cultures which are all fermented together.
The combination is designed to enhance gut health in athletes and active consumers by modulating the composition of the gut microbiota.
