Blue California has introduced microencapsulated phytosterols in powder form for water-soluble applications. These microencapsulated phytosterols are available as a white powder, with mild, characteristic odor. Blue California’s microencapsulation technology was used in the development of this new water-soluble form of phytosterols, creating a wide array of opportunities for its customers in the beverage, dietary supplement and food industries.
Blue California has also developed a 40% concentration of CoQ10. The new 40% concentration differs significantly from other water-soluble forms of CoQ10 because it does not contain emulsifying agents that can create problems once the product is in solution.
