Nature’s Path Organic Foods, Richmond, British Columbia, Canada, has added three new flavors to its Love Crunch granolas line. Apple Crumble blends green apples, pecans and cinnamon with omega 3s and fiber-rich chia seeds. It contains 15 grams of whole grains per serving and is a “good source” of ALA omega 3. Carrot Cake combines carrots, raisins, yogurt, pecans and pineapple with 15 grams of whole grains per serving. Aloha Blend contains pineapple, coconut and white chocolate chunks, as well as 14 grams of whole grains per serving.
The company has also launched Crunchy Granola Bars, available in four flavors. Honey Oat Crunch blends crunchy oats and flaxseeds with honey. It contains 21 grams of whole grains and is a “good source” of ALA omega 3. Peanut Choco Crunch with Ancient Grains combines chocolate and peanut butter with the quinoa and amaranth. It contains 21 grams of whole grains and 3 grams of fiber. Macaroon Crunch contains coconut and chocolate chips along with 21 grams of whole grains and 3 grams of fiber. Apple Pie Crunch with Chia Plus contains oats, apples, cinnamon and chia seeds. It offers 20 grams of whole grains and is a “good source” of ALA omega 3.
