Chobani, LLC, Norwich, NY, has developed a plant-based recipe Non-Dairy Chobani, featuring probiotics, less sugar, and only natural ingredients.
Chobani is rolling out nine new Non-Dairy Chobani cultured organic coconut products, containing only non-GMO ingredients, and no lactose, artificial flavors, sweeteners or preservatives. The company said the new recipe is also made with 25% less sugarthan other non-dairy options.
Non-Dairy Chobani products provide six live and active cultures, including probiotics: L. Acidophilus, L. Bulgaricus, L. Paracasei, S. Thermophilus, Bidus, and L. Casei.
The Non-Dairy Chobani platform includes Single Serve Cups in Blueberry, Peach, Slightly Sweet Plain, Strawberry, and Vanilla flavors; and Single Serve Drinks in Mango, Slightly Sweet Plain, Strawberry, and Vanilla Chai flavors.
